Pros

- Potential for good experience (if you get very lucky with your placement) - Easy job to get. Since turnover is so high they are constantly hiring - you can be given a lot of responsibility which is nice. However, they will take advantage of hard working employees and not reward or incentivize them.

Cons

- The pay is extremely low. They do offer overtime but with the pay being so bad, you are forced to work overtime in order to afford your living expenses. - The culture is not very good. It’s not necessarily bad, but the work environment is quiet and boring. It feels like everyone is unhappy, especially the higher ups. The execs constantly put blame on their colleagues and subordinates and never take accountability. - No WFH even though a meetings are all on zoom. They claim the in office environment allows for quicker problem solving and more collaboration but that is simply not true. They also have a very strict tracking software which makes no sense since everyone works in office. - They force a lot of employees to work 50 hour weeks minimum. Their holiday schedule is garbage as well, you work all of Christmas week except for the 25th. - They constantly lose their best people which is very telling. I believe they are fine with the high turnover since they view employees as replaceable. They pay lower employees as little as possible because most people who work here had no other options. You get some experience and they get nice profit margins. - No room for growth, they also short the salary on internal promotions. Its rare for a lower level employee to get promoted - They promise entry level analysts raises and fast growth but that is not true at all. They will give tiny raises if you are lucky, no raise if not so lucky. - Upper management is very open about their political beliefs and association which is polarizing. - Morally questionable decisions and practices. Also very unorganized. - They will force you into whatever area they want/need so your career is at their disposal - you should only work here if you have literally no other options

Pros

Pay was decent and benefits fair.

Cons

The behavior from certain individuals was appalling and outright unprofessional, creating a hurtful atmosphere that felt completely unnecessary. Efforts to contribute or improve were often dismissed, leaving no sense of value in the role. Communication was chaotic and lacked respect, leading to constant frustration. It seemed like nobody cared about teamwork or collaboration, which was disappointing.
