4yWe're extremely proud of our Junior Banking Analyst program, which is designed for early-career individuals interested in gaining exposure to mortgage banking, credit, risk management, lending, operations, and other Axos business functional areas. At the conclusion of the immersive 2-year program, analysts have the opportunity to become a full-time employee within one of the related business units. In fact, since the start of 2020 alone, over 30 junior banking analysts have either graduated or are about to graduate the program. These individuals have taken or are taking permanent positions of greater responsibility at Axos. In short, we care a lot about the program and the talented analysts who are thriving in it. It sounds like Axos wasn't a good fit for you, and we hope you find an opportunity that is better suited to your needs.
