Horrible Culture

Pros

This company has probably the worst culture I have ever experienced, they do not care about their employees whatsoever. The managers are not qualified either.

Cons

Everything about this place is a CON, it feels like you are working in a sweat shop. The managers jobs are micromanaging, watching your every little move, they dont care what skills you bring to the table, just as long as your sitting at your desk for 8 hours a day.

Our Junior Banking Analyst (JBA) program is a training & development program. We provide our JBAs with monthly Lunch & Learns taught by executives in the bank, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, Mortgage Banker's Association trainings, and one-on-one trainings with managers and tenured JBAs. Additionally, we have a designated program coordinator and monthly Fun Committee events that promote a positive experience. We hope you were able to take advantage of these opportunities during your time here.

Pros

pro: you may get lucky and have a good manager

Cons

Extremely understaffed. Almost no-one is licensed doing licensed work. I took maybe 5 lunches in a year. I worked overtime every single week. Management does not care about you. If you have a question, don't expect anyone to know the answer. There is no support there. Upper management? They spend their time pointing fingers at each other instead of helping their teams on the floor. The turnover rate is so extreme that we went through a rotation of managers just for our area. After leaving, you really see how terrible it is there. Use it as a stepping stone if you have to, but do not sink your life into Axos. Good luck, and I love you all my Axos family.
