IT is a critical business unit to our digital bank, and we continue to make improvements. We are actively hiring to improve our Team Members’ workload as there continues to be labor shortages, especially in technology.

The hourly pay is good. I have stability and security. The people are friendly so I can work easily with my teammates.

Cons

Priorities change, so if you want to work here, you should be able to adapt quickly.
