Pros

Good exposure, beautiful office, fun monthly activities

Cons

Shady politics, low pay, inconsistent standards, dishonest management, backstabbing culture, claims to be a meritocracy but actions do not meet values.

Pros

Most people are friendly here, have decent benefits and bonuses, the facilities are nice and the pay range is ok.

Cons

Very political here, pay raises are not the best, medical benefits are not that great, there is some toxicity and cut throatiness amongst teams due to everyone's bonuses being based off of their goals, there is a lot of backwards stuff that goes on due to the company's rapid growth, working long uncompensated overtime hours seems to be a norm for many.

At Axos, we seek to reward individual performance given our meritocracy to maximize personal growth and to provide ongoing opportunities. While teamwork and learning from each other are important, each of us is responsible for our own actions and our individual success or failure. We continue to review and enhance our benefits.

One of the responsibilities of leadership is to ensure that each individual is rewarded based on their contribution to the success of the team. We have seen where those who contribute to meetings, share ideas, and participate in special projects receive recognition. Axos Learning & Development is focused on enhancing the tools and training that’s available to managers to work effectively with their teams.
