      We use a productivity software to gain insights and metrics about our digital work to measure and optimize productivity. This helps us to evaluate our workloads and to identify where we need to add staff or create efficiencies.

      Atrocious management, understaffed, low pay, high turnover, high stress day in and day out. No sense of accomplishment, nothing is ever good enough.
