Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. We're proud of our culture and believe it's been instrumental to making us one of the most innovative providers of financial services in the country. Your comment about managers not caring about the well-being of their team members is at odds both with daily anecdotal evidence and with the results of our annual employee surveys. In the most recent survey, overwhelming majorities -- 88 and 90 percent, respectively -- said they agreed that "My supervisor treats me fairly" and "My supervisor treats me with respect." We're sorry to hear that your experience has not aligned.
