It looks like you're a member of the Junior Banking Analyst (JBA) program, which is our immersive program for candidates interested in gaining exposure to mortgage banking, credit, risk management, lending, operations, and other business functional areas. This is a 2-year full-time opportunity with formal rotations designed to provide a broad overview to the industry in support of business needs across critical functional areas of the bank. At the conclusion, analysts have the opportunity to become a fulltime employee within one of the related business units. We're proud to announce that seven JBA participants just moved into permanent roles with us after completing the program. We're sorry to hear that the training has fallen short of your expectations. If you'd be willing to share your specific feedback with the program coordinators, it could help us make improvements.

Sorry to hear this, and especially sorry to hear you found our training programs lacking. It depends on the department, of course, but we have quite a few formal, comprehensive training programs at Axos. Our Junior Credit Analyst program is an immersive, rotational training program for early-career graduates looking to get their start in the world of finance. And our Contact Center offers an intensive training program for new recruits. As for our culture: we have a very distinct culture -- it's meritocratic and entrepreneurial -- but it's not for everyone. If you prefer being told what to do to taking the initiative to propose innovative, fact-based solutions, if you prefer 9-to-5 to putting in extra effort, then (a) Axos won't be your cup of tea and (b) you'll also probably miss out on the lucrative performance-based bonuses that can make working here extremely rewarding.

Pros

Lots of work to do

Cons

The company culture sucks. They only care about money and not at all about employees. Don’t see much room for growth.

Our team members are our most valuable asset. Sorry to hear you didn't feel valued or cared for. As for growth opportunities, there are plenty at Axos! Our culture is structured in a way in which authority and responsibility accrue to individuals based on how they align with our shared values. It might be worth it to speak with your manager about the ways in which you can find alignment with our culture and values. We wish you success!
