Pros

I work with smart, motivated people, and there’s no shortage of projects to get involved in. It’s great to gain so much hands-on experience. The workload can get intense, but if you’re organized and okay with juggling a lot at once, you’ll do well here. There’s a lot of focus on performance and efficiency, which can be tough, especially if you’re used to a laid-back environment.

Cons

Limited room for creative input unless you’re higher up.

Pros

Location that's all there is to it

Cons

1. Extremely unprofessional management and middle level managers. Lies, gaslighting, outright double-dealing are normalized to keep rank and file in check. I've worked in other atmospheres where nothing like this exists. My manager would yell at me in front of his to cover his own behind. This is fraud. 2. High turnover, go figure. Nobody stays longer than 6 months to a year. 3. It feels like a start-up with no funding 4. The most pathetic and hilarious system I've seen. There is no SLA procedure. I saw a midwit escalate a nothing burger straight to CEO just because he had access via Skype.

Pros

Easy to get the job, they will hand it to you.. they don’t actually give you the 10% bonus. More like 2.5% the first year and then the rest vest over 2 years. Bear in mind, this is not stock vesting! This is the 10% bonus the recruiter says you will get as part of your salary.

Cons

Tracking your computer during work, badge check ins, and high turnover rate

At Axos, our bonus structure is merit-based, designed to reward individual performance and impact. Bonus targets are clearly communicated during the offer process and are tied to measurable outcomes. While the structure may vary by role, bonuses typically include both cash and equity components, with vesting schedules outlined upfront to support long-term alignment and ownership. Earned restricted stock units vest over a three year period, and earned cash bonuses are fully paid out at bonus time. We believe in recognizing contributions that drive results, and our compensation model reflects that. If expectations or terms were unclear, we encourage candidates and employees to ask questions during the hiring process. We remain focused on building a high-performance culture where effort and excellence are rewarded.
