At Axos, we're dedicated to providing our employees with the resources, training, and opportunities they need to excel in their roles. The quarter-end time frame is critical to meeting business needs and regulatory expectations. We appreciate the focus and discipline that our teams dedicate during this time.

Pros

The tools we use are fast and easy to learn, and our team leads actually take time to explain changes in workflow. Expectations are clear, and I always know what I’m working toward during each shift. You’re not just a number here. We’re asked for feedback, and some of my suggestions were incorporated. It is good to see that what I do helps both customers and the team

Cons

Would be great to get extra break time during longer shifts.

Pros

You will know how workplace politics work, and you might be able to learn how to avoid the same in the future.

Cons

I don’t know why no one has highlighted it yet, but the leadership is horribly biased. You won’t get a raise or a promotion unless you belong to specific groups. It’s awfully ridiculous. The best way forward for an honest employee like me was to quit. I did that and I am glad I did. There was no future for me here as I couldn’t lie blatantly or ignore the fact that only a few chosen ones got growth here.

At Axos, we seek to reward individual performance given our meritocracy to maximize personal growth and to provide ongoing opportunities. Every six months, you have the opportunity to highlight what you have accomplished and where you would like to go in your career. While we value collaboration and learning from one another, we also encourage personal accountability in shaping our own success.
