As a regulated financial institution, Axos must follow strict underwriting standards and compliance protocols to ensure the integrity of each loan decision. These requirements are in place to support responsible decision-making and protect both clients and the business. We hope you shared any concerns through the appropriate internal channels, as we value direct feedback and ongoing dialogue to support continuous improvement.

Pros

I was fortunate and grateful to meet and work with good-co-workers.

Cons

Exceptionally toxic and political place to work at. The management is terrible: full of incompetence and zero accountability. Expect to struggle with outdated systems, and no real support. The people come to work very early and leave very late. Managers will judge you when you leave office on time. So run to save your own time and sanity.
