Avoid this organization

Pros

Most people in this organization are excellent to work with: smart, motivated, helpful

Cons

I used to like working for Axos. Unfortunately, everything went downhill fast. The current managers include many incompetent, mean spirited, and hypocritical people. They are ungrateful for hard work and terrible judges of talent. There has been a lot of recent turnover and the employees who remain speak negatively about their experience. Things are moving in the wrong direction. You’d be smart to avoid this place.

Great Culture and lots of freedom to do what you love. Amazing benefits and overall good areas to work at. Fun people to work with

Cons

it can be overwhelming when you start with regards to who you can send certain deals to. Cubicle setting, and very little privacy

You get what you put in

Pros

If you get put in the right groups and work hard, you'll pick up a lot of phenomenal experience in a short span of time. It is a meritocracy in most regards.

Cons

Compensation is poor unless you work a lot of overtime (which is effectively uncapped if you are working/learning hard), and if you are not in the 'right' groups, your career progression may slow.

At Axos, hard work is more than appreciated, it’s rewarded. When you bring dedication, innovation, and results, you’re recognized with real opportunities for growth. Whether it’s through promotions, expanded responsibilities, or leadership trust, your contributions directly shape your career path. It’s a culture where effort and impact go hand in hand.
