Toxic and selfish leadership

Pros

No pros here in my opinion.

Cons

Axos Bank has a toxic and selfish leadership. The managers here don't invest in the growth of the employees because they only think about themselves. They only think about boosting the company's numbers while ignoring the potential contribution of investing in employee growth to boost those numbers. The leadership here is too incompetent in my opinion.

Axos' self-governing culture contributes to our collective success, which has been instrumental in making us a top innovative financial services company in the United States. Our compensation packages are competitive and comprise a base salary plus a semi-annual discretionary pay-for-performance bonus. As part of our meritocratic culture, Team Members can exceed their targets for truly outstanding work.

Pros

Weekends and holidays are off.

Cons

Basically no training, no support from coworkers, everybody works remotely so new employees are at the mercy of customers who then ask why workers are unable to help, is because we don't have help ourselves.

Our Bankers go through 4-5 weeks of training upon joining Axos and we utilize MS Teams to keep the team connected. You are encouraged to speak with your supervisor.
