Pros

Easy way to break into banking on commercial side.

Cons

Extremely low pay, lack of training, management is either good or completely lost with nothing in between. Lack of growth or good exit opportunities unless you are very proactive.

Pros

Coworkers are cool. Some of management are cool.

Cons

Low pay, rarely get acknowledged for your contributions, and department management is clique-ish. Way too much office politics.

We appreciate the feedback and are sorry to hear you think management doesn't support employees. From our perspective, the opposite is true: As a meritocracy, we reward team members on the basis of their achievements. Appreciation -- in the form of expanded responsibilities and/or increased pay -- accrues to team members on the basis of merit. If you're feeling underappreciated, consider exploring with your manager how you can better demonstrate your value to the team and reap the appreciation you believe you deserve.
