      The gym in the office. It's a clean environment.

      The culture and pay wasn't great. Also hourly and had to clock in.

      We hope you find a better fit. One quick word on pay: as a meritocracy, we've designed our compensation in such a way that incentivizes performance. Compensation packages comprise base pay plus performance-based bonuses paid out twice a year. Team members who exceed performance expectations routinely receive bonuses that exceed their targets.

      Pros

      Plenty of challenging projects if you can handle the stress.

      Cons

      Unreasonable deadlines with an endless amount of work. Upper management dumps massive projects into the workflow with the philosophy of get it done fast with no regard for quality. There is no company culture, the mission of the company is unknown. The CEO and C-suite are silent.

      We appreciate the feedback and would recommend that you take another look at the Axos Philosophy booklet that is distributed to all team members and is also available for download on our intranet. The Axos culture definitely exists; whether or not it's a fit is another issue entirely. Ours is a meritocratic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture, and we readily admit that it's not for everyone. As for figuring out the "why" -- that's also covered in the booklet, and across our branding. Our mission is summed up in two words: Banking Evolved. We're all about offering our customers an unbeatable value proposition.

      There's definitely no shortage of work to be done at Axos; our business has grown sharply over the past year and nowhere is that growth more evident than in the mortgage division.
