Awesome people to work with. Passionate and dedicated to what they do. Middle Management cares but their hands are tied

Cons

Micro-management at its strongest Be prepared to be called out during stakeholder meetings if the director does not like how something is presented Executive management believes workers will get away with what ever they can not to work If you leave your desk to take a break you MUST add that time to the end of your day (badge swipe in elevators) 60 hour work weeks became the norm without a resolution in sight Team is not respected by other departments as providing value
