Pros

I made real friends here. My coworkers were the only bright part of this place.

Cons

There is no real path to grow in this company because favoritism and family connections run the show. Skill does not matter. Hard work does not matter. Advancement goes to the chosen ones, not the people who actually earn it. On top of that, the workload is pushed far beyond what anyone is paid for, leaving people worn down and drained. The whole system feels unfair and completely discouraging.

Pros

No pros at all, maybe you got a job ??

Cons

People throwing each other under the bus, under-staffed to the brim, a productivity tracker, and a really shady company. Better hope you're on a good team.

A strong, collaborative culture and adequate staffing are priorities for us, and we recognize that these areas require continuous attention. Productivity tracking is in place to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability across teams. We expect all Team Members to work with integrity and professionalism. Our goal is always to build trust and empower Team Members, and we’re continuously working to improve communication and autonomy.

Pros

You'll master patience and sarcasm because that's the only way to stay sane here.

Cons

-If you're even thinking of joining this chaotic mess, stop right now and save yourself the headache. -Onboarding was an embarrassing failure; I waited months just to get the tools I needed because basic organization doesn't seem to exist here. -Leadership has completely vanished—no direction, no support, just empty promises. -The COO's idea of "motivation" is shouting at employees who are already doing the impossible to keep things afloat. -The goals are impossible to meet, and the communication is a full-blown disaster. -Management has no issue pushing people into unethical choices if it benefits them, no matter who gets hurt. -The turnover is so bad that it feels like a running joke—people quit before you even learn their names.

Axos operates in a dynamic and demanding financial services environment, where Team Members take on significant responsibilities. Success in this highly competitive industry requires agility and the ability to respond quickly to market opportunities. Leadership continually evaluates ways to better support teams, and resources are available to provide guidance and assistance throughout the employee experience. We hope you shared your concerns through the appropriate channels.
