Pros

If you’re just starting out, it’s fine. You’ll learn a lot, how it’s like in the real world.

Cons

Tight competition due to discrimination, nepotism, and blatant favoritism! Not the company to make your career goals into reality. It’s impossible. Except for if you’re the manager’s friend, the CEO’s relative, or the bank owner’s family!

Pros

Not any that would actually matter.

Cons

Expectations for employees are unreasonable, and there's zero room for growth because of the lack of support from management. Unless you want to be stressed and burnt out all the time, I suggest you look somewhere else for work.

Pros

The team is generally friendly and helpful. I do appreciate the work-life balance and the flexibility the company offers. However, I’ve noticed that communication leaves something to be desired. While the work has its ups and downs, there are growth opportunities if you're a go-getter and willing to take on challenges.

Cons

Some internal processes need to be improved.
