- dynamic environment where you get to face new challenges almost every day - culture is focused on being a self-starter and challenging the norm - meritocracy provides great rewards through bonus and stock appreciation, especially the longer you stay with the company - management generally weeds out the low performers and complainers

Cons

- not a place for the unmotivated - health benefits could be better for a company this size - if you want to advance quickly, you’ll have to put in extra hours
