Horrible Culture

Pros

This company has probably the worst culture I have ever experienced, they do not care about their employees whatsoever. The managers are not qualified either.

Cons

Everything about this place is a CON, it feels like you are working in a sweat shop. The managers jobs are micromanaging, watching your every little move, they dont care what skills you bring to the table, just as long as your sitting at your desk for 8 hours a day.

Axos leverages cutting-edge technology to drive innovation, enhance efficiency, and deliver seamless financial solutions. From a total compensation perspective, Axos is at or above market for individuals who are high performers. Our meritocracy provides an opportunity to reward those individuals who contribute to the team and the company.

Pros

You learn a lot about being a project manager, and the management in the PMO wants to help you as a PM.

Cons

In office isn't flexible, and other department leads are difficult to work with at times. Prioritization of projects is out of your control, so sometimes the teams you work with end up getting redirected to other projects, blowing up your deadline.

Projects often involve multiple tasks, teams, and stakeholders. Managing all these elements and ensuring they align with the project's goals can be quite complex. The office environment provides opportunities for collaboration and spontaneous interaction that simply can't happen virtually.
