1yOur compensation package is intended to reward our high performers based on their contributions. It is most beneficial to those who remain at Axos longer term as the vesting schedule for our stock grants is 3 years (1/3 vests per year). The upside potential of becoming a shareholder gives the opportunity to generate long term wealth.
