We’re grateful for the feedback, and it’s great that you’re appreciating the opportunities to learn more and interact often with senior management. Ironically, we’ve found that remote working serves as a major impediment to those activities. That’s among the reasons our team members have been back at work in the office since late June. We’ve made sure that the precautions we’re taking against the spread of COVID are in full compliance with relevant local, state and federal regulations.

Pros

Digital banking is a growing industry with lots of upside potential. Many growth opportunities. Aggressive growth strategies.

Thanks for contributing your perspective. We're quite proud of our management framework, which has allowed our company to achieve significant growth in a very short period of time. The framework challenges managers to set ambitious strategies, from which team goals and action items flow. We've recently expanded training opportunities for all team members. Hope you find a better fit.
