      There are absolutely no pros to working at this bank. None. The experience is nothing but draining and damaging.

      Cons

      - A suffocating environment where trust does not exist. - Constant surveillance and monitoring of every move, creating unbearable paranoia. - Computer tracking that makes you feel like a criminal instead of an employee - Management that thrives on control rather than respect. - Stress so overwhelming it eats away at your confidence and mental health.
