      You don't need to waste a second working here to know how bad it is. Just read the honest reviews—this place has earned its terrible reputation.

      Cons

      - Employee turnover is through the roof, and for a reason - Those in charge are toxic, self-serving, and completely unethical - Managers protect themselves by throwing others under the bus - Blame is pushed downward while leadership hides from accountability

      Pros

      There is absolutely nothing good to say about this place. Every moment spent working at Axos Bank was a nightmare.

      Cons

      - Management here is beyond awful. They are the heart of everything wrong with this place. - The managers are toxic, cruel, and completely unwilling to take responsibility for the mess they create. - Employees are constantly bullied and pushed around, forced to meet ridiculous, unrealistic demands. - The managers scream and lash out over even the smallest mistake. - People are leaving left and right, and the reason is crystal clear—this place crushes anyone who works here.

      Most people in this organization are excellent to work with: smart, motivated, helpful

      Cons

      I used to like working for Axos. Unfortunately, everything went downhill fast. The current managers include many incompetent, mean spirited, and hypocritical people. They are ungrateful for hard work and terrible judges of talent. There has been a lot of recent turnover and the employees who remain speak negatively about their experience. Things are moving in the wrong direction. You’d be smart to avoid this place.
