Job Description: "We have been publicly traded since 2005 and are on the NYSE ticker symbol AX with a history of not believing in layoffs or loss of compensation/perks through tough times both from the great recession and recent pandemic." that's a lie because I got laid off from here.

Impressive bonus structure--RSU and cash! Goals are clearly outlined 2x per year for every employee. The leadership team is dedicated to professional development. Fellow employees are eager to see the company succeed and answer questions.

Cons

Remote work is not encouraged.
