      At Axos, Restricted Stock Units (not stock options) are granted to employees as part of a performance plan and vest over 3 years on the anniversary of the grant. Additionally, we conduct a comprehensive compensation review annually to ensure alignment with performance, market trends, and individual contributions.

      No pros here in my opinion.

      Cons

      Axos Bank has a toxic and selfish leadership. The managers here don't invest in the growth of the employees because they only think about themselves. They only think about boosting the company's numbers while ignoring the potential contribution of investing in employee growth to boost those numbers. The leadership here is too incompetent in my opinion.
