Pros

- I learned a lot just even after a few weeks of working here - they are quick to recognize top-performers - bonuses and stock options - pay and benefits are above average - constant upskilling and training

Cons

Expect to be busy, full-time job that requires your full attention

Pros

Great team member if you're lucky

Cons

Mediocre salaries and benefits yet managers demand more than what we get paid for! Communication between management and employees is terrible but we're always blamed for all the misunderstanding! Really stressful environment and toxic leadership!

Our compensation package is designed to reward top performers based on their contributions. It is especially advantageous for those who commit to a long-term career at Axos, as our restricted stock grants vest over three years (with one-third vesting annually). This provides the opportunity to build long-term wealth through the potential upside of becoming a shareholder.

Pros

I deal with data checks and run risk assessments. The pay is solid and I get a 10% bonus if I hit my targets. Plus, there's a good benefits package, including healthcare and 401k with a match. The bank invests in its people and processes, so it has good tech and a competent team.

Cons

No serious issues. That's because the managers are open to feedback, so when there’s a problem, I just have to bring it to their attention. We usually find solutions through discussions and compromise.
