Some colleagues were friendly and supportive.

Cons

The environment was filled with cunning behavior and impolite interactions. It seemed like no one knew what they were doing, and the management made decisions that left everyone confused. Team members were often left to fend for themselves, which only added to the chaos. Instead of creating a cohesive atmosphere, the disorganization made everything frustrating and unproductive.
