      Pros

      Structured environment, but roles can feel siloed at times. Good people and exposure to banking if that’s your interest.

      Cons

      Lower pay than what I’ve seen on market. They do offer bonus which vests if you’re there for a 3 year period

      Our bonus program is intended to reward based on one's contribution. It is most beneficial to those who remain at Axos longer term as the vesting schedule for our Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grants is 3 years (1/3 vests per year).

      Lots of resources. Easy to reach out to other teams. Better culture than in similar banks.

      Once you’re in, the rate of pay increase is small

      Too much headache and too little pay

      Pros

      This is a good place to begin your career, I felt as though I learned a lot

      Cons

      Axos Bank is notorious for stress, burnout, long hours, sink-or-swim style management. You'll be overworked, tired, and have to deal with micromanagers and extremely bitter upper management. On top of this, the pay is lauhable and they treat support engineers like second class citizens. It was incredibly demoralizing. Do yourself and your career a favor and look elsewhere.
