At Axos, we reward individual performance given our meritocracy to maximize personal growth and to provide ongoing opportunities. Our compensation packages include a base salary plus a discretionary, merit-based bonus paid out split between cash and equity. The upside potential of the equity paid out in restricted stock units (RSU) is to generate wealth that an all cash bonus doesn’t offer. Your receipt of a share grant is indicative of our desire to provide you with an ownership stake that offers long term value.
