Pros

Great place to work and great coworkers, good rotational program.

Cons

Poor COVID response, basing current guideline and response off of a poll taken in April, still in office, just feels unsafe to be working in office during a pandemic. Compensation is quite low, for the junior staff at least.

It follows the bare minimum rules and laws.

Cons

Toxic company culture. Axos does not care about its employees' health and safety. Despite having numerous COVID cases and most employees can effectively work remotely since this is an online bank, the CEO and upper management force everyone to be in the office every day. Upper management do not wear masks and consider them a joke openly.

Success is based on your individual performance. Lots of control over improving/enhancing processes - without the typical red tape. Fast paced.

Cons

The pace is a con if you're looking for a "traditional" banking experience. Feels more like a tech startup.
