We aim to hire the best talent and high achievers. Our compensation packages are competitive and comprise a base salary plus merit-based bonus paid out twice a year. As a meritocracy, Team Members can exceed their targets for truly outstanding work exhibited in their performance review.

Pros

Lots of ability to learn and deploy new BI tools without being over-regulated. There is a plethora of work to go around and you will not be bored, and generally speaking, the people that you work with are driven and want to learn as much as you do. When you need assistance from other departments, once you find your connection, it is easy to collaborate across teams and get quick answers.

Cons

While the bonus and stock is a great pro, generally speaking, your salary will be lower than for similar roles in the area. This is good to keep you on board for the long run but can be difficult to navigate with increases to cost of living- specifically in the San Diego area.

Thanks for sharing your input. We’re glad to hear you are thriving. We appreciate your hard work and dedication as an analyst on our team. You have highlighted the perk of the bonus component, which is very much in keeping with our meritocratic culture. By linking bonuses to goals, we incentivize performance that goes beyond expectations. Individuals who demonstrably exceed their goals are rewarded. This, in turn, fosters a culture in which those who continuously raise the bar thrive -- and are compensated accordingly. We can understand your frustration of increased cost of living, and we hope that your positive performance will equate to achieving your financial and professional goals.

Thanks for sharing your input. We're definitely fast-paced and we provide enterprise-wide hands-on learning opportunities. Turnover is a challenge for many employers these days, but we're making investments in our training and career-pathing capacity. Our culture *is* vibrant and strong: we're a meritocracy that believes success is earned, and one that gains its collective strength by relying on the internal resourcefulness of each individual. We recognize our culture may not be the right fit for everyone, and that's OK.
