We appreciate the feedback. In our meritocratic culture, there are two components to compensation: a base salary and a performance-based bonus. Team members who exceed their performance objectives routinely exceed their bonus targets. In other words, you get out what you put in. Pros

Axos gives people great opportunity to work on financial products that are often innovative and require strong skill sets. Whether you are experienced or new to banking Axos will provide challenging work and chances to grow expertise. Axos has several market segments in which it is among the best in class and develops individuals to become leaders in these segments. Axos is really a great place for someone to be presented with good opportunities. It's not like the mega banks where you are just a small cog in a giant machine never being challenged. The more junior employees gain valuable experience very uncommon in mega banks.

Cons

The environment can be fast paced and sometimes heavy workloads.
