You nailed it: it's tough to keep up with the huge growth we're experiencing. Well over half of the 200+ open positions we're trying to fill right now are newly created roles. But if you spread the word to your network it can be mutually beneficial: If as a current Axos team member you refer a friend or contact who gets hired, you can earn a cash bonus!

Thanks for taking the time to share your impressions of working here. All of our direct bankers go through a rigorous training and certification process before being put on the phones. That said, we've relayed your comment about training to the relevant managers. As for tenure-based promotion opportunities, at least a dozen direct bankers have moved on to positions of greater responsibility at Axos over the past 24 months. We are always seeking ways to improve internal promotion prospects at the bank, however, and so your comments are welcome.
