No good reasons to work with Axos Bank as I can only speak from my experience.

Cons

I'm writing this review in the hope that it will provide some insight into the toxic atmosphere that plagues this workplace. Communication with managers is often demeaning. Every task, no matter how minor, is scrutinized and controlled to an exasperating degree. If you value a positive work environment, where you are treated as a capable professional and not a child, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

While individual performance from self-motivated and independent-thinking individuals is critical, it must be recognized that almost nothing at Axos can be accomplished without the help of Team Members given the complexity of the work. Pros

Axos Bank has a niche prime proven product I was very familiar selling for many years over my career. The employees all work with a team spirit and many years of industry knowledge showing respect for each other. All of us feel valued and are motivated to excel. This is the kind of environment we thrive in to exceed goals set to us most every month.

Cons

The bank is so compliant with regulations (for the better), but decision making for innovative ideas to be implemented is very slow at times.

Unclear (but many) potential career paths from entry-level positions. Turnover appears to be high.
