Pros

The company is fairly agile for being as large as they are and people listen to one another. Benefits are great and bonuses are a plus. Plenty of growth opportunity.

Cons

None that I can see at this point. While our department consists of fairly new people everyone seems to be eager to learn.

Axos is a great company to work for and has a great work culture, and all work towards a common goal (Serving Customer /End user better).

Cons

compensation can be low and a lot of it is stock

There are no pros working here.

Cons

No leadership, poor management and HR, horrible compensation. I would strongly suggest you do your due diligence prior to accepting a role. You may be surprised what you see once you pull back the curtain.
