Very fast paced environment, you won't notice the time and those people who come and go

Cons

The actual starting rate isn't what management published, it was a lie! Workload was brutal and stressful, but get paid terribly! You only get benefits after your first year, but most can't reach that long, and the turnover rate is high!

Time does fly in this extremely dynamic and competitive industry. Our benefits begin the 1st of the month, after 30 days of employment and starting pay can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Cons

Axos is still growing and developing on a consistent basis. Axos Bank is not as well known as other major banks, but it is one of the best performing banks.
