We provide our JBAs with monthly Lunch & Learns taught by executives in the bank, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, Mortgage Banker's Association trainings, and one-on-one trainings with managers and tenured JBAs. There is a library of documented processes and procedures that is accessible to all Team Members. You are encouraged to speak with management where there are any areas for improvement.

Pros

At Axos I have had a chance to work with some really great talented bankers. The bank encourages team work and colleagues tend to have positive attitudes. Unlike most of the competitors, bankers can come here and make a tangible impact. The bank is open to new ideas and encourages innovation. The bank has a growth mindset but at same time prudent when comes to credit risk. We have some of the most knowledgeable professionals I have met in over 25 years in banking. Top executive leaders and CEO are very talented with great foresight. Hard work is rewarded. I would encourage talented bankers to join and be part of the bank's future growth.

Cons

Most of the positions are in San Diego which is an expensive place to live. SD is a beautiful city but cost of living is ridiculous and politics of the county are far left.
