Zero culture, heavy turnover

Pros

Nice break room, good parking, windows around the perimeter of the building floor

Cons

Cubical city with very little interaction among team members. There is no HR presence in the Omaha office and employees have no idea as to how they contribute to the overall goals of the company. There are only managers tracking time - no leaders. And the parent company itself (headquartered in San Diego) seems quite shady.

Pros

The management at Axos Bank is the worst I've ever seen. It's characterized by excessive micromanagement. Training was terrible. Every person trained me wrong. And no one took accountability. I have proof. Screenshots yet no one took accountability. and I would often try to communicate this with manager but she was unwilling to work with me or see from my point of view . There was another incident where I missed a morning meeting. A meeting that contained nothing, but she was harassing me in the messages telling me not to do it again. I told her I had stomach issues and I won’t let it happen again but if I need to use the restroom then I will have to miss, she didn’t like that answer and decided to continue to fight with me. I told her she was being unfair and I was going to report her to HR. She reported me instead

Cons

The management at new account department is the worst I've ever seen. It's characterized by excessive micromanagement ,forbids you from talking to HR, otherwise will retaliate against you, creating a harassing work environment for you. They treat us like slaves, allowing remote work either once a week or several times a week depending solely on her mood, which is used as a reward. There's no respect for employees, and we're treated as if we were slaves
