Pros

Great training but trainings were per facility/hospital system rather than across the board Unlimited PTO Millennial ran and focused

Cons

Sorority / fraternity vibes Company layoffs in 2023-2024 after flying the whole company on a work trip Lack of clear direction on growth requirements - felt like favoritism/popularity rather than skillset Poor pay for CA or any higher standard of living location Huge growth during COVID so people were put in leadership positions that were not right Has a weird obsession with PI test so if you don’t fit certain personality type, you can’t work certain positions / work as a manager. Super absurd

Pros

It was truly the best place to work in 2023, great pay, free benefits, remote work, and generous time off.

Cons

In 2024, we were laid off by the dozens. Silently and with no warning. One day you get a call and your given the option to take severance pay or risk losing your job later because they can't guarantee you won't get cut. I took the opportunity and I'm so grateful. Some people were laid off with nothing. I was let go shortly before I was scheduled to take time off so I didn't have time to fully consider my options. I could've been laid off while on vacation and I chose the guaranteed paycheck. I will say, I was paid handsomely for my departure and I'd do it all over again. We were overworked and micromanaged so I deserved every penny.
