Truly awful. This company pretends to care about work/life balance but they do not. Sales director is messaging everyone on weekends with random to do tasks, it never stops. Constant changes and tracking. Meanwhile all sales reps are struggling mentally, no leadership has ever checked in on them personally. The senior VP thinks that sales folks are incapable and claims that PhD scientist can sell better - constant messaging that is being poured down. Ungrateful and they are talking about cutting the "dead weight" that sales is. DO NOT COME HERE. I have never worked at a more toxic place in my life.

Senior leadership in genomics team create bottlenecks for the entire organisization. SVP has very poor managerial skills and indicates open to changes and new ideas for the organization but that is lip service

Where do I start? Some management show favoritism towards who they like , they’ll promote those same people as well and won’t give anyone else a chance. Some management show signs of racism and discrimination towards minorities. They’ll fire someone who is innocent such as for attendance for having personal issues going on instead of someone who sexually harrasses other women in the workplace EVEN after it was brought to HR’s attention as well as managements attention! Worst experience with being on a team where people harrass you (Team coordinator and management) and discriminates against you..even when you simply mind your business. This place has some terrible individuals that need help and are miserable in their lives. Please do better! And listen to someone’s story before you assume something about an individual. So called against harassment and discrimination…BULL! DO BETTER!
