      Pros

      They purchased GenWiz and most people think Azenta is like the GenWiz culture. It is not.

      Cons

      Disjointed systems with large errors in sales reporting. This effects commission statements.

      Middle and some upper managers are great

      Cons

      Some investor shareholders moved in and planted activists in senior leadership. Net result is less career growth, fewer benefits and terrible decision making based purely on the bottom line. The way the site leader speaks to her team is awful to see, I feel so sorry for them. They are overloaded and she doesn't seem to care. The CFO appears totally disconnected even from his direct reports and has seemingly made decisions which severely and negatively impacted customer experience. I couldn't take the bad decisions any more so left.
