      Pros

      Lots of overtime and some great people to work that are actually at work and not at home barking orders

      Cons

      Email culture is extremely toxic . Preach ethics but show no such thing . I employees have to beg for what they deserve for pay and only when leaving they will make an attempt

      Entry level, no experience necessary. Great job for bio / stem major looking to get into the industry. Work is consistent and not difficult.

      Long shifts, late nights, a lot to learn.
