However if you’re not chummy with the right people or a more introverted person, you're not getting that promotion you deserve. Unless you’re a straight white man. Bias against sex and race play a role too. If you’re an extroverted guy, you’ll likely love it here. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and keep searching elsewhere.

Finding yourself working all hours and it still does not feel like enough -Very little growth opportunities or rewards -Disorganized and antiquated processes -Sales driven environment gets pushed on you in even more scientific functions -Poor company culture.
