Pros
Infra & Facility is the only pro's but remember it's not the only job satisfaction to employees. Technically the products are unique though there are many competitors in the similar industry.
Cons
1. No proper Leadership in the management and most of the departments 2. Dirty politics in the floor right from the Bangalore Head. 3. Lack of proper administration & partiality during hiring process. 4. Hire & Fire policy at Sales team which is too much of attrition, engineering team seems to be quite OK though no proper leader on the floor 5. At-least 10 members from HR team is out recently for whatever reasons which frustrates others teams.
