Business Outlook
Pros
The overall vibe of the workplace was great, felt like one big family. There were a lot of small things done to show employee appreciation such as bonfires, dinners, sonic runs, parties, etc.. Got to learn a lot of new things about the world of screen printing which I really really enjoyed.
Cons
I definitely think that the pay could be higher, I get that it is a somewhat small company compared to others but I wouldn't say that the fulltime wage isn't really livable at least when I worked there. I think that due to all of the technical skill you need for the job there should be a pay increase.
