      Last year BAE BAPFIM took over control of their back office functions and had no clue how to run it. In the process they made the entire team of qualified accountants redundant and hired in contractors of which each were on at least 4x their salaries. In addition they hired a new back office Head who quit after 6 months One non qualified accountant was kept on, who also quit after 8 months They are now re-recruiting full time accountants on lower pay to fill the gap when they could have just kept the original team and saved million(s) Poor pay - If you are going for the investment accountant role, know that contractors rates are at least 4x your salary. Terrible management decisions from the Deputy CIO and CIO
