Work-life balance is very good here - flexibility is great. The MD at BAE AI is good. Most offices are modern.

Cons

Pay is below average, senior staff are very laissez-faire and do not seem to care for their staff, progression is often hard to come by.

The vacation is good and the hours roll over year to year so you don't lose them if you don't use them. Also, the schedule is generally so flexible!

Cons

This is probably the same for most companies, but I feel like I'm underpaid for how hard I've worked.
