Constant change of sales management and staff Lack of understanding of markets and how to implement a go-to-market strategy Lack of product investment or validation of strategy Still struggling to transition from project to product business Tends to view other markets through a UK lens - expects market to adapt to them and not the reverse Process over people culture; does not see the forest for the trees

Pros

Working with the most inspiring products such as fast jet aircraft. Working internationally on complex engineering projects. Working in an integrated team between engineering, supply chain, fleet planning to deliver a common goal.

Cons

On complex projects it can take a while before visible benefits are seen. It is an environment where people often do not notice a well planned and structured approach because it "just works" however fire fighters are praised for solving big problems.

Really bad communication. Promotions offered usually aren't honored. Bad morale. Pay is lower than industry standard.
