Pros

There are a lot of things to learn in the company. Lots of technologies work on and clients to meet. The projects are challenging and exciting. If you want to work on security projects, then I suggest that to join this company. Also there are a lot of brilliant people working in this company.

Cons

Many roles are done in silos. There is little visibility on each LoBs, and sometimes competing LoBs. Career path is basically a dead end. Do not expect a clear career path when you are in this company. Do not expect your manager to provide you with any career advice. Do not expect to be well compensated.

Pros

Great leaders and in principle an inclusive environment. Ample personal development opportunities. Many different roles available for sideways moves. Clear business strategy. The company is huge and not uniform throughout so every new role internally is as good as a complete change.

Cons

Salary levels only just okay. The ability to innovate and improve business process is limited and very slow. Male pale and stale. Anything remotely difficult is farmed out to consultants with at best an expensive kick start as a result.
